WHAT WE OFFER

 Not ready to go at it alone, no worries. Be motivated and inspired by the person next you to. In our group exercise sessions, you will find yourself being pushed to get an extra repetition and praised for giving it your best effort. Join our group and gain a fitness family!

1st timer or long timer exercise should be optimized so your life is easier. Could you handle stressful situations better or want to reduce your anxiety, how about becoming stronger and having more fulfilled days??? Functional workouts are designed to perform routines that are constantly evolving and challenging you so that your daily routine is done with ease.

By the exact definition, these series of classes are unique to the individual. After assessing and establishing your fitness level we address your goals head on. Every session is specifically designed with you and your specific goals in mind and that w are always moving you closer to achieving them. Join us for a 1:1 session and experience firsthand how great it feels to have us taking care of your fitness needs.

I always feel so strong and energized after my sessions with Farron. I’ve had several trainers in the past and have had to do many of the same exercises.  Farron, right away, gave me exercises that hit the same muscles in a different way. I love it.  If you don’t feel like it, 1 minute with him and you’re ready to go!  He is super knowledgeable and shares it openly. He helps steer you towards any specific goals you have and always makes sure you are working safely. His #1 goal is his clients. Such a great and humble personality. I hold zero reservations in recommending him. You won’t be disappointed.
